We typically require 3 weeks advanced notice for all catering orders. This enables us to coordinate among our caterers, along with other necessary arrangements, to make your event a success. However, we understand that there are always special circumstances that fall outside of these parameters, so please feel free to submit your request.
When you complete the request form, you may specify which type of cuisine you’d like us to focus on and mention any required dietary accommodations. More details means we can sooner draft a proposal that works for you and your guests. If you’re unsure or it’s your first time ordering with us, then fill-out all the information that you know. We’d be happy to walk you through the process, together.
We endeavor to respond to all requests within 72 hours.

The caterToronto Catering Collective (CCC) is made up of small, new and emergent food entrepreneurs making delightful, nourishing, and culturally relevant dishes to satisfy eaters with different dietary restrictions and preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, and meat options. Through a membership with caterToronto, our members access crucial business support and market opportunities (this is where you come in!).
When you order from us, you are helping us support newer food entrepreneurs finalize their recipes, standardize their menus and nail what it is they do best. Our time together provides members the opportunity to decide whether their ultimate goal is to open their own restaurant, develop stellar consumer packaged goods offerings, offer cooking workshops and trainings, maintain a catering business, or some combination of all of the above.
